Hello!

I'm Aimee and Northern Pacific Center is pretty much my favorite place on earth.  I am the owner of The NP Event Space and couldn't be more thrilled to share this space with locals from the Brainerd Lakes area as well as those from Minneapolis and all of greater Minnesota.  My passion for the site started with my photography studio is located in the Clocktower.  I have lots of love for the entire property and feel like it's my second home.  From here I operate my photography business Aimee Jobe as well as the venues and farmhouse foundry.

Our vendor list contains great people that are tried and true in the area.  We have this list for two main reasons.  First, because we are that good.  Between the people listed, there should be a style or business that fits your wedding.  Second, we know the property and respect the rules.  It is very important to me that all events held at The NP hire vendors that are qualified, respectful and insured.  As always, you are welcome to use vendors of your choice that are not listed here [special terms apply to catering options].  We do require prior approval as well as proof of insurance.

Photography is my first passion and continues to run my life.  Photography is also the reason The NP Event Space exists.  I knew there had to be something that churned my creativity and had more options for wedding couples at the same time.  And the killer bridal getting ready suite is just a plus...what was once just my photo studio is now open to our couples. There is no where else in the area where you can find such beautiful light and an open area to have an enjoyable time while getting ready for your big day - it’s basically a photographer’s dream.  ;)

They were married in one of our all time favorite weddings in Luminary Fern in 2019 and we can’t wait to see more of them out here and watch their juicy goodness of videography and view their dreamy photos.

Please note that Northern Pacific Center does have a photography permit and photo policies.  The permit fee is waived during weddings or other booked events, but the policies must be followed including a specific shooting area that generally consists of the front half of the property.

Farmhouse Foundry calls Northern Pacific Center home.  The showroom as well as storeroom are both located on-site, with the farmhouse tables, chairs, linens, decor, arbors, bars and unique vintage furniture being rented to not only weddings and events at The NP Event Space and Luminary Fern, but also to other venues in the Lakes Area.  With both gold and ivory in stock (with select quantities of black, fruitwood and silver as well), there is a perfect chair for your wedding.
