How do I book my date?
To book your wedding or event date at The NP Event Space, a 50% retainer and signed contract is required. Your date will not be secured until the retainer and contract are received.

THE BLACKSMITH SHOP
Warehouse Indoor Space - 210 Blacksmith Circle
8,000 square feet of raw space with updated electrical, industrial lighting and chandeliers, 40 foot exposed steel beam ceiling, brick walls, massive doors, bar/beverage area, restrooms, concrete floor and more. Solid wood farmhouse-style tables, gold Chiavari Chairs, 5' round tables and cocktail tables are included with your rental.

We are currently offering seasonal rates November through March. Seasonal rate discount is $750 off the base rental rate.
OUTDOOR EVENT SPACES
Note ceremony rental is only available to weddings booking The NP Event Space or Luminary Fern for their wedding reception. Unfortunately, ceremony space rental is not available individually.
THE RED
Outdoor Event Space
The RED outdoor space is use of the red door located on the North end of building 3. The massive doors once served as entrances to the buildings for the many train cars that were assembled and repaired.

THE COURTYARD
Outdoor Event Space
The COURTYARD outdoor space is nestled between Buildings 2 and 3. It is the perfect spot for a ceremony with the backdrop of brick and broken windows. Cream and tan tones, mixed with small blue and green splashes make this one of a kind. Located conveniently outside the Blacksmith Shop.

Located inside Building 3, this space is massive and beautiful. Have the original railroad track as your aisle or switch it up and still have an impactful and dreamy background. NOTE there is no heating or air conditioning in this space.

LUMINARY FERN
***Please note that ceremony chair rentals are separate from reception chair rentals. The typical ceremony is 400 to 500 feet from the reception space and would take an additional hired outside staff to move. Due to liability and insurance reasons, our clients and guests cannot move the chairs or benches.***

No, currently we only offer receptions to be held in one of our indoor spaces.

THE LOFT WHITE-SPACE
Multi-Use Indoor Space
Over 2,000 square feet of white-washed brick walls, chandeliers and lounge furniture, this space is oh so pretty. Natural light floods the hardwood floors through the restored windows. Accessorized with large area rugs, tree branch dress hangers, and a white tufted leather loveseat, there is no other getting ready space like this in the Brainerd Lakes. Ask about our discount for NP wedding couples.
